At New English Teas, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are unhappy with your order, items can be returned within 30 days of receipt provided they are unopened and in their original packaging. Due to the nature of food products, we cannot accept returns on tea canisters or boxes that have been opened or tampered with.
